Welcome to TranscriptionPRO!
My name is Carey Suante, and I’m the owner of TranscriptionPRO.
TranscriptionPRO is a service born out of love – love for serving clients. I started TranscriptionPRO as a blog in 2009 which quickly turned into a business.
I now work with a fantastic group of talented transcribers and administrative executives serving our ever-growing customers.
See what our customers have to say about our services:
Your level of service is excellent. It was a pleasure to work with you because of your high level of responsiveness. – Pete Tormey, Antero & Tormey LLP
Melissa Moulton, ABC, Words By Design says: I’ve hired Carey of Typingly to transcribe over a dozen interviews, some in difficult environments or with people with heavy accents. He provides consistently high-quality work, is reliable and fast. He also responds quickly to any questions. In short, he’s been great to work with and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for transcription services.
Born into a Baptist pastor family, I developed a love for English language and grammar very early on. My father who was also an author is a big influence in my life. I currently live with my wife and three lovely daughters in New Delhi, India.
I started my transcription career with one of UK’s biggest transcription companies called Keystroke Pro in 2005 and left as an assistant team leader in 2011. While at Keystroke Pro, I worked in the legal transcription department transcribing for some of the biggest law firms in UK including Levenes Solicitors, 9 Gough Square, Bonallack & Bishop Solicitors, etc. to name but a few.
Within a span of 3 years, I had had three promotions making me the assistant team leader for the Surveyor Team that transcribes for some of the biggest real-estate firms not only in UK, but in the world including Savills and NB Real Estate.
I joined KPMG in 2011 during which TranscriptionPro signed strategic partnership agreements with other service providers in US, UK and Australia. My time with KPMG inspired me to build an “employee-friendly” business like KPMG!
I was ‘let go’ by KPMG in 2012. That’s when I decided to focus solely on developing TranscriptionPro as a trusted brand and a service that law firms and other professional companies can rely on.
I’m is a big believer in the power of internet to do better and smarter business.
