My Take On the Indian Transcription Industry

What do you think about the transcription industry as a whole?

Well, here’s my take on the Indian transcription industry.

Indian transcription companies can do a lot better than they do now.  They only have to change their outlook and apply their efforts in the right places.  (HINT: Online marketing)

The management of transcription companies, especially in New Delhi, the capital of India, has to undergo drastic changes if they want to survive the next decade.  The personnel policies and workplace environment needs huge improvement if they are to retain talents and nurture them. (HINT: employee friendly policies and environment)
