Very hectic. Busy. Sore fingers. Awesome. That was January 2013 for TranscriptionPRO.
We’ve completed about 50 hours of transcription recordings. Yay! That’s like, 400 hours of transcribing.
I don’t know how we did it. But we did it! That too in spite of the fact that, traditionally, January is a very quiet month usually.
It also proved true what I’ve been telling every transcriber for long: a blog is a great marketing tool for any business. Especially for transcribers, a blog is a must. You should start writing a blog. Or, at least, have a website that sells your services 24/7 all year round.
We’ve also started a new website which will focus on dictation transcription alone.
If you’ve been following me, you’ll notice by now that I’ve been working hard to capture the most lucrative keywords in the transcription industry. With all the blogging and websites I have scattered around the Internet, I’m making my way to the top one blog post at a time.
Already, I’m #1 or #2, depending on where you are for “podcast transcription services”. I’m also in page #1 of Google for “professional audio transcription services”, depending on where you are. Now, I’m fighting for the top spot for “dictation transcription services“.
That’s all I’m going to say for now. In fact, I’ll just end here because I have to get back to transcribing!
